Yes, it's that Stimpy from the classic cartoon Ren and Stimpy. I have no idea why I painted this Stimpy, but after finishing I found out that my neighbor was an animator on the show. So maybe I was just vibein' off him like the telepath I am... But yeah, Stimpy is a cat. Word to cats.
